Hi, my main form builder is using WPForms Pro, I also use Recaptcha V2.
I have the impression that email providers, Google Yahoo etc are toughening up their spam management as I never suffered previously with these spam warnings. The SMTP plugin and careful settings seemed to have cured the problem on my site.
