How do I remove the proudly powered by wordpress on footer, or is that sacrilege?

And how do you change the page & child page rollover effects?
Hi I use this plugin with no problem aqnd get emails when folk use it, albeit slowly as it takes some time to get to my email account, plus i have the database add on as my contact form data creates an online db which i download to my pc as a csv file.
Have you opted to be emailed when someone uses the form?
