I have tried to replicate your issue on our staging site with WP version 5.5.1 but I am unable to replicate it. To me, the print icons are visible on the Orders page, and also the print options are visible on the bulk actions tab.
So, to troubleshoot the issue, could you please try by deactivating all the other plugins except for the WooCommerce and the Print Invoice and Delivery Notes and then check whether it is working fine or not.

Regarding the query, it is not possible to change the text from “Call for Price” to “Chat Now” from the Lite version of the plugin.
However, it is possible to change the text with the Pro version of the plugin. So, I recommend you to use the Pro plugin to achieve your requirement.

Our Product Prices by User Role plugin allows you to display WooCommerce product pricing as per user roles. So you can set up different prices for different user groups. Similarly, you can also modify the shipping charges based on user roles.
WooCommerce Product prices can be set globally or on per product basis using this plugin.
