Thank you for your reply. I got 2 form in dashboard. I do understand now. It’s the problem with gateway payment from PayPal with Credit/Debit. It happened sometime when user make payment with no response for user.
So, I have changed payment method to Stripe to solve my issue.
Thank you for your help.I have checked the submission status completed. But it happened sometime, which I can see some of the submission ID missing. If you can look at my screenshot here.
I don’t understand about submission ID: 832 missing to where. It should have some view to see, what is error or error from used end.
Thank you for get back to me. I have login and checked on PayPal lists of transaction It’s not appearing and the transaction not gone though.
