    I have a booking form create with Forminator before without connected to PayPal payment. It’s working fine. I just start for couple weeks with take payment from client via PayPal payment.

    The problem was happened to many time, which I cannot find out about the form or payment integrate. Some client sent me a message “they have been submitted and paid with no confirmation from PayPal payment”. They are not sure, it gone though after finish transaction payment. I tried to find out with my end doesn’t have any notifications from email and PayPal notification.

    Also, I have look at submission ID. It seem some of the number missing. I would say 2% of submission ID gone. I can’t see the result history.

    Please give me the solution to solve this issue.

    Hi @kchatcha,

    Could we know what is the “Status” listed for PayPal Checkout when you check the submissions? ie under Forminator > Submissions?

    Could we know did you try logging into PayPal to double-check whether the payments are listed?

    Possible to share the form export, so that we could test the form to have a better idea too?

    Thank you for get back to me. I have login and checked on PayPal lists of transaction It’s not appearing and the transaction not gone though.

    Hi @kchatcha,

    Thanks for sharing the form export, I gave a quick test with the form but wasn’t able to notice any issues with form submissions, the payment went fine when tested.

    Could we know what is the “Status” listed for PayPal Checkout when you check the submissions? ie under Forminator > Submissions?

    Could you also let us know what you notice under submissions?

    If there are errors picked it would be listed under “Status” as shown in the following screenshot:

    I have checked the submission status completed. But it happened sometime, which I can see some of the submission ID missing. If you can look at my screenshot here.

    I don’t understand about submission ID: 832 missing to where. It should have some view to see, what is error or error from used end.

    Thank you for the screenshot.

    Do you have more than one form on your website?

    Forminator share the IDs across the Forms, so let’s say you have the Form A & B

    Form A receive 2 submissions 1, 2 then Form B receives the first Submission it will be ID 3, later on, Form A receive an extra submission, it will be 4, so in Form ID submissions you have 1,2,4.

    Another possible situation is using the antispam integration > Akismet https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#security

    Depending on configuration it can mark as spam a specific submission.

    Let us know if you have any of those two situations.

    Thank you for your reply. I got 2 form in dashboard. I do understand now. It’s the problem with gateway payment from PayPal with Credit/Debit. It happened sometime when user make payment with no response for user.

    So, I have changed payment method to Stripe to solve my issue.

    Thank you for the update.

    PayPal had some issues in the past week, it should be solved now https://www.paypal-status.com/product/production and it could cause some issues but in case Stripe works for you we are happy to hear everything is working now.
