Although I’ve run into other errors:

But your error seems to indicate that the specific folder that you are referring to doesn’t exist.

fes.kcg.is/readme.html (the install process).I’ve gone over (as best I know) every aspect of why in my mind this is not working. I’ve changed security settngs on my website, PHP folder and MySQL Server folder. Please anyone help me. Should I use DNS through OBDC? Everything I’ve tried doesn’t work.
I’ve followed every guideline I can find. Possibly my php.ini is not correctly set. (So I’ve put a copy of it on the site root as well, trusting that none of you wish me harm.
