In reply to: Please help with broken picturesWow – thank you so so much. I will contact Hostmonster again and ask them. I do have the photos backed up but there are so many from such a long trip, so I hope they can restore them all for me. I cannot thank you enough. I won’t resolve this post yet, until I have spoken with them.

In reply to: Please help with broken picturesThe hosting company told me to look at the malware text file and delete the files listed, which I did. They told me it would not affect any content. They also told me they cannot help me with the picture issue. Now I just looked on the dashboard under Galleries and it says no gallery found. I am stunned beyond belief – does this mean I lost all my photos?

In reply to: Headers suddenly disappeared on postsok – this is now solved. I rang my host and he discovered that “Carousel” which is part of the Jetpack, had changed something in the galleries, making all the photos seem like they were not there. He replaced a link and now they are back. Thank goodness. Seems moving from wordpress.com to .org has been nothing but trouble for me….. :- (

In reply to: Headers suddenly disappeared on postsYes – you can set a header image for each post. Suddenly they have all gone. Also when I go into the gallery, the images are there by name, but I cannot actually “see” them.
