I have tried the above code but still can’t login. It redirects to https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=wcal-pro-about and shows a 500 error.
I am which leads me to think it is on their end. I am going to direct them to this thread.

We moved it from their development server at ourdomain.theirdomain.com to ourdomain.com That’s when the pricing disappeared. The host said the following:
“It’s possible it could be getting stored via some kind of serialized data. If the search and replace of the URL is removing it you may need to re add it entirely under the live domain. That or you could check in with the plugin developer to see the recommended method to change domains for this pricing option.”We can’t readd all the pricing as there are over 1600 products.
