My desire to see this information is removed for aesthetic reasons and to not confuse the person who will manage the mails.
I have solved the problem.
I had to hire a programmer because it was too complex for me to touch the PHP code in the template: variable.php
We had to add the following line:
echo __($gateway->get_description(),'woocommerce');
The programmer did this work for me, so I can not help much more about where to place this code.
