I am having the same issue but mine says HTTP error. Am in process of contacting my hosts but wondered if I haven’t done something really obvious! Thanks for your help in advance.
Thank you – In the end I just uninstalled and reinstalled through my host. Have learnt that I need to back up my files in future before I try to do any updates! Good job I didn’t have much on there yet.
