Thank you for such a quick response; I actually have no idea what an FTP or file manager app in my hosting control panel is?!
I was only ever given a log in to my dashboard via http://www.fromtheheartcreaions.co.uk/wp-admin then just my user name & password to access my website dashboard!
Do I need to contact these web guys to get my hosting control panel?!

I’m struggling with the same issue on my own website homepage http://www.fromtheheartcreations.co.uk I’ve tried changing some of the text-aligns; in the stylesheet css but none of it seems to work, can anyone help me?
