Im having the same problem, after having database issues with my hosting providor… Im not sure what to do as I dont want to do anything that will cause me to loose all of my posts, and have no idea what my username is now!
nope the structure is still there:
/wp
/wp/wp-admin/
/wp/wp-includes/
it looks like it’s reading the file and finding an error on line 3… maybe? It looks like it’s having a problem accessing upgrade-functions.php – but I havn’t modified anything other than the config file…
OK so I have tried re doing everything, ive double checked everything and im still getting the same error…
