I ended up having a plugin called pagelayer being over the top.

Thanks for you advice. I deleted the images, so it’s no longer displaying the dimensions, but the header and footer are still there.
The only thing that should be on the page is one line of text saying:
“This is kandlproductions. watch this space”
I can’t find where any of the rest of it is coming from.
