Now if anyone can find a way to add the overall rating number as well as the stars that would be great!
e.g. 4.5 based on 10 ratings.
It shouldn’t be too hard, I’m just not brainy enough 😛

I was having the same problem & found this fix: Add Aggregate Reviews
It creates the shortcode
[reviews_aggregate_rating]which can be added to a site to show average ratings.Works fine for me, hope it works for you too.
