I see that there is a fantastico folder, but I have other sites installed on fantastico as well, so if I delete this folder, won’t my other sites be deleted?

Im pretty new to wordpress, so could you sort of go into a bit more detail please? The code is in header.php, the site is amifat.org, The top banner is what I want to link to another page:

I forgot to ask, how do I get rid of the date and news feed and comments at the top, and basically get rid of that whole bar?
