Good morning @apmwebdev
Thank you very much for your “step by step” assistance.
– Tried using Health Check on your live site with Twenty Twenty and were never able to replicate the issue, no matter which plugins were active.
– Created a staging site with your normal theme, and you were always able to replicate the issue, no matter which plugins were active.Yes for the two points.
I tried on the staging site with Twenty-Twenty : no issue, no matter which plugins were active.Second question :
So far, we’ve note many products with gallery images. I’ve tested three products, and the three shows the issue.
But the issue is not showed at each visit of page. I tried to empty the cache of my browser systematically before each test. I tested on Safari, Chrome and Firefox. In the cases I say you in the past messages, the first page visit gave the issue; but after that, when I refresh the page, the issue was not any more showed systematically. I try to understand when its reappears but it remains mysterious.
Should you like I speak about this to the theme developper ?Best regards.
Concerning images, the problem is solved by our hosting team.
We made a backup and the issue is solved.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Images disappearedIn desperation, I ask to the support of the host service.
They made an earlier backup and the issue is solved. Some data are missing but no too much.Thank you for your help and happy new year !

In reply to: Images disappeared@contentiskey Thank you for the advices. I wrote to the WooCommerce support and to the jetpack support although turning off Jetpack, the problem is always present.
I’ll try the third solution.@vladytimy Yes, I restored files + database backup.
Now I see that after using Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, a lot (~ 80%) of images of products are disappeared.
The images are always present in Media, but they are no longer allocated to the product and we have about 900 products.
I restored the backup without success. I’m in trouble; see for example our homepage : the three first products have not image.Thank you in advance for your help !
Thank you for your answer.
I dont remember since when the problem is present.1. Backup OK
2. Update OK
3. Plugin installed and turned ON
4. Theme Twenty Twenty
5. Only WooCommerce activatedThe issue is not present.
Then, turning on all the plugin, one after the other: no issue.I tried another way : on a test site, I installed the parent theme of Bookie (our e-commerce theme) the problem was always present, with or without the plugins.
The problem is that the issue is not regular and I cannot fiend a systematic procedure to reproduce the issue. I empty the cache, but its alternating with OK and not OK.

Unfortunately, in live preview the issue remains present. If you prefer, I can ask to the theme support, but it dont seem coming from this side.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Custom default blog (only blog) font sizeGood evening,
Excuse-me for my late answer. Merry Christmas !
1. Here a screenshot of the difference between normal and bullet paragraphs : https://imgur.com/YXq1aYF
2. The latest code you gave me changes always the size of the menu items ; I think the best way is that I ask a developper.

In reply to: Custom default blog (only blog) font sizeThanks again.
Bullets points are now in the good size.
But… (I’m nitpicking) the distance between lines is not the same for the paragraps and for the bullets. In second time the text size of the menu items changes also.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Custom default blog (only blog) font sizeThank you. It’s good, except for bulleted paragraphs in the post who are not changed.
