Images disappeared

Good evening,

A lot of images of products are disappeared after I did some tests.
The images are always present in Media, but they are no longer allocated to the product and we have about 900 products.
See for example the homepage : three products have not images.

I restored a backup without success.

3-install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme -might help narrow down the source of the issue

Awesome advice from @contentiskey

I was wondering if you restored your files backup only or files + database backup, since the relationship between media files and posts is stored in the database. So if you have a full backup (files and database) before the tests, that should work.

@contentiskey Thank you for the advices. I wrote to the WooCommerce support and to the jetpack support although turning off Jetpack, the problem is always present.
I’ll try the third solution.

@vladytimy Yes, I restored files + database backup.

At least, I contacted the hosting support. They made an earlier backup and the issue is solved. Some data are missing but no too much.

Having multiple backups is always an awesome idea.
Saves you from a lot of trouble.
