Michael, Thanks but that is for XP and i am using Vista Ultimate. I found similar instructions for Vista with several different approaches using XAMPP. I followed the instructions, but still cannot get it working. I do not know what the problem is? I really need to speak with someone who can figure out what the problem is. I just don’t know.
