This seems to be my problem. I left a help message earlier this day. Here are the facts:
1. i made no changes in the last several days
2. My Host is GoDaddy
3. My WP is an older version, 1.52
4. Only the header comes up, not the whole home page
Somebody at Wp or GoDaddy threw the wrong switch and will deny it like all businesses do

I went to PRESENTATION and saw no Themes and then went to THEME EDITOR and got this message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
