Decided to go through an intermediate page (instead of the modal overlay) for displaying photos from google album.
QUESTION 1:
If I show 15 album Thumbnails (i.e. that page will have 15 calls, correct? Hope it is NOT 15 x number of photos in each album) will that be ok? Your example shows 3 album thumbnails.
QUESTION 2:
Album Title is not coming to the Photo landing page (intermediate page). Please click on Day 1 (https://inptx.com/20241027-01).
I increased from 100 to 400 in
.photonicModalOverlay {
z-index: 400;
}but the photos still shows up at the same spot on the page. No difference between z-index 100 or 400.
figured out the one line code from oddities link you had provided. Also, works perfectly in mobile phone.

Day 1 displays album but intermediate modal page is way up in the top hidden away. Will the one line code you give work in mobile devices also? https://inptx.com/20241027-01

Do you recommend any particular lightbox for a mix of videos and photos? FancyBox v3 does not allow seek when displaying video i.e. cannot click on the timeline below to advance/rewind. Also, when the video is playing if you advance a photo, you can still hear the audio being played from the previous video.

I am in the process of deciding between second and third example. However, is it possible to move the modal overlay? It hides behind the header at the top. Will give the URL as soon as it is in a decent fashion for a quick testing.
Also, using FancyBox 3, not LightBox v3. 😊
Also, if I change a setting in Photonic, It doesn’t pull any photos. I have to back to the page, make a small change, and publish it again. Then it pulls again from google photos.

In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Photos attached to album but not displayingJacob, The support team from the other plugin “Essenetial Addons for Elementor” have given me a hotfix which fixes all problems I encountered. https://inptx.com now works flawlessly with the correct lightbox and slideshows.

I was trying to find out which version worked well before.
5.8.0 – works well
5.9.0 – Lightbox works but slideshow doesn’t work.
6.0.6 – Both lightbox and slideshow is not working
I downloaded the dev edition from the link you had given and IT WORKS!!! YOU ROCK!! 👍
In https://inptx.com, The first block was a default block directly from Elementor and does not use Advanced Tabs. However, the SECOND block below was edited with ADVANCED TABS. Slideshow and Lightbox works great now! Eagerly waiting for an official release – perhaps 6.0.7? 😁

I also created another page – https://inptx.com/sample-page-1. This page does NOT have any Advanced Tabs element. Notice the differerence in how it works – for example – Slideshow works as intended on this sample-page-1. However, in the home page of https://inptx.com, Slideshow does NOT work at all in both instances (elementor tab element OR EA Advanced Tab element).
If you would like to logon to this website as WP Admin, please let me know and I will share the userid/pass. Using Basic Elementor (not Pro).

In reply to: [WP Photo Album Plus] Photos attached to album but not displayingI can confirm that Advanced Tab element of “Essential Addons for Elementor (EA)” is the culprit. For example, https://inptx.com has 2 pages – the home page (https://inptx.com) and https://inptx.com/sample-page-1.
The sample-page-1 works flawlessly. WPPA short code was placed in a Elementor native TAB element with HTML.
The home page https://inptx.com has 2 sections. The first one was done WITHOUT using Advanced Tabs and second one was done using Advanced Tabs element of EA plugin. Clicking on Slideshow or the image to show a lightbox etc does not work as intended. This confirms that Advanced Tabs element is messing up WPPA plugin.
I have put in a request to fix this with that plugin author (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/advanced-tabs-10/). Will keep you posted here.
LESSON LEARNT: Don’t enable Auto Updates. I will have to do my due diligence before upgrading any plugin or theme.

During that time I had used “cover”. Also, switched off title at that time. I have disabled that JS now.
Cannot still scroll from lightbox from image to image. Still not sure if that lightbox is wppa or some other plugin.
Check out https://investmentnewproperties.com/richwoods-village-at-crestway-duplexes-and-fourplexes/ and click on Unit 01 – 04 to Unit 09 – 12 tab. All subtabs there are “content”. Images are broken. Clicking on broken image fires a lightbox with that image. However, I cannot scroll to the next image on the album. Album has the images though.
Previously, I had one image (that I chose as album cover) and when clicking on it, would fire up the lightbox. The lightbox had an option where we could see all the photos and user could navigate to any photo and click on it. That photo would appear on the lightbox. That way when an album had 200+ photos, user don’t have to scroll one-by-one. Is it possible to get back this functionality?
My suspicion is this lightbox is NOT wppa – I had put big buttons and small buttons and also had allowed to scroll to the next image by clicking on left/right. Is there a way to confirm if I am using wppa-lightbox only?

REPLY: I disabled the Elementor’s lightbox from their Global Settings. However, now, this lightbox is huge. I would like to change the size. How to set wppa embedded lightbox as default? Lightbox still does not browse through images.
– What is your ajax method? Try others, see Photo ALbus -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> I -> Item 5
REPLY – Advanced Settings -> I -> System -> Front End Ajax method. Tried all different settings but cannot scroll through images in the lightbox. Also missing big buttons/small buttons in the lightbox. Is there a way to check if I am using WPPA lightbox?

I displayed it using the above short code [wppa type=”cover” album=”104″] and still not able to navigate through the several photos through lightbox. Lightbox opens when I click on the Cover Image of the Album.
I have uninstalled WPPA plugin and installed it fresh. I still have all the above issues.
