Normally when I’m uploading my pictures I’m forced to disable few plugins due to low level server memory 🙁
But now I have done all as you asked (disabled all the plugins except Lithbox 2 and NextGen Gallery) 🙂 And hopefully that worked good 🙂
So solution to this issue was to disable a few more plugins that I’m usually disabling 😉Thanks Alex!

I don’t see any problem on your site.
I have reuploaded my gallery picutures and taken a better screenshot that will finally show how my problem looks like:

Weird is that when I have uploaded only about 30 pictures everything was ok…but when I have uploaded more pictures my problem occurs 🙁Forum: Fixing WordPress

I’ve changed height: auto; to height: 100%; and my slideshow is working fine now and the rest of the images published on my site are working fine too! Thanks so much for help Alex!
Now I have only problem with showing navigation bar in my slideshow (I think it is cause my long descriptions), but the slideshow height problem is resolved thanks to you Alex! Regards!
