Yeah I do, I have just been lazy.. I switched to the file I posted above to drag and drop, and then switched back to the old script.
I will take a look this weekend, missing menu entries should be pretty easy to fix.
I found a modified version of admin.php for nextgen-gallery/admin in this forum and it seems to be working well.
