    If we have auto-updates, will it not automatically update our end?

    Thanks Geoff, I can’t access C panel so will try our hosting provider again. I’ve seen this has happened before – any likelihood that Elementor will debug/provide an update in the short term?

    Hi Geoff, no I cannot access the control panel of the hosting provider. So I’m not sure how I can resolve without access to the admin panel. We have autoupdates on our website, is it naïve to think that Elementor will address any time soon? I’m a novice website builder and as a charity have built the website on the fly so I’ve got a very very very limited understanding of how to address problems

    Thanks Geoff, I see a lot of people are having the same problem. I don’t know how to disable the plugin if I can’t log on to our admin panel?

    I spoke to the developer who is hosting our website who also stated that the hosting server has scheduled maintenance and might be the culprit
