In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Message not being added to emailIt would be nice if there was setting to remove the default text so that only my text shows at the top of the email.
this image does not appear in my media in WordPress but one like it is created on the server every time I set a featured image on a ticket. http://chslions.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/HSM-ticket1-225×9999.png
I had to remove the image from the event but it did the same thing with the image above.
Oh. And I guess I accidentally marked this as resolved. I didn’t mean to since it’s not.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Message not being added to emailOk. Thanks. I tried disabling all plugins except woocommerce and opentickets so I guess it is a problem with the latest version.
