I’m experiencing the same problem…. BUT I don’t have the directory mentioned or ticks in the backend to disable…. the Media management feature is not installed…
worse still I’ve disabled the plugin and the links are still showing???
any ideas anyone?
Having a similar issue here but we’re not using activity plus plugin and the files don’t have special characters in.
Most documents have no problem at all, only some start redirectingafter an indeterminate number of days/weeks/downloads.
For example 3 uploads on the same day from the same user into one group. Of which one two have started redirecting, one after 15 successful downloads and the other 11.
I mentioned this as I can’t think what the issue is related to
