Hello everyone, I’m Justina, Developer Advocate at Buffer. Wanted to jump in here with a quick status update from the Buffer team.
First, apologies for the disruption. The “Too many requests” errors came from how our new API is scoping rate limits. The Buffer team has been actively monitoring the problem and working on addressing it as fast as a possible.
We have temporarily significantly increased the rate limits for this API client to ensure all Buffer users are served correctly. We’ve done it so that we can have time with the plugin author to help optimize how our API is used. We’re are also actively working through the other issues that have been raised, including the token refresh / auth errors.
We have reached out to @n7studios to sort out anything still outstanding and to make sure the plugin runs reliably against the new API.
