I have reset one of my key. However, there is a problem for one of my key. By mistaking, it’s in cancellation stage. So I cannot do any update on it. Can you please reset the status of my key so that I can reactive it on my new site (I have successfully made it on another site).
This is the error when I try to follow your instruction.
You cannot change the domain on an account in process of cancelling.

Your MailPoet Sending Service key is already used on another site
A test email was sent to junwei.huang@lowell.church (but I never receive it).
Your Premium key is already used on another site
