FYI – A client had this same issue. We resolved by creating a new donation success page with the shortcode: [give_receipt] and adding that to Donations -> Settings -> General. That fixed it!
Before that we tried:
Updating all Give plugins
Upgrading our Give Subscription (you’re welcome)
Updating other plugins
Verifying our SSL cert and that our site forces SSL
Verifying our site in whynopadlock
Verifying Stripe connection
Adding new GiveWP stripe APP and reconnecting using that (sketch BTW, why do they need all that info??)
None of those helped.
No documentation about it anywhere we could find on Give.
Give obviously changed something in their code, because our client didn’t change anything on their site.
Cost the client thousands in lost donations, extra subscription fees, and our time in less than 24 hours.
