Of course, it was the Caching plugin “WP fastest cache” that caued the issue. Could you please tell me, which functions to turn of, so that I can still use the plugin but not causing the error with the cookie notice banner?

It is weird. It does not happen on all pages. Some notices contain the Statistics category and some only Marketing. I use koko Analytics and deactivated the cookie yesterday so this might be involved in the issue.
Hello Aert, I have the same problem, after I updated to Wordpess 5.6. I have selected the marketing category though and I am under European law. stoffbaby.de. I don’t have debug experience.

Ja, GoGreen ist für beide Versandoptionen, Warensendung und Paket National, eingerichtet. Der Test lief mit Warensendung. Das heißt, wenn ich es als Standard herausnehme und manuell hinzufüge, funktioniert es? Ja, ich nutze Pro v3. Finde die Trennung von Service etwas ungünstig.
