yo soy del WP HTML Mail, soporte, y si quieres desactivar los diseños de WP HTML Mail WooCommerce los puedes hacer con un filter:
Pero, nosotros tenemos un plug-in especialmente para editar los correos de WooCommerce. Te recomendamos a usar nuestro plug-in para WooCommerce.

¿necesitamos más informaciones para poder ayudarte, que versión de WP tienes? ¿Que versión del plug-in? Que versión de PHP esta instalado?

I am aware that you have not installed WooCommerce, therefore I was asking if that was an option for you, instead of WP eCommerce?
As we have shifted our focus primarly to supporting WooCommerce, WP eCommerce has not been a priority for us.
We will have a look a this issue, but it will take some time. So we ask for some some patience in the meantime.

first, please go to your permalink options and save the options again. (this could possibly solve the issue).
If that does not work, can you please open the dev tools in your browser and look at the console, and post any errors you encounter here.

From your posting I can not quite understand what exactly the problem is.
Do you get any error messages, which you can post here?We have had no requests for “WP eCommerce” as of yet. Our plugin is designed to work with our extension “HTML Mail WooCommerce” for WooCommerce.
Would WooCommerce be an alternative for you?
