@reneesoffice Thanks for reaching back!
It is nice to read that. Please keep me updated as much as possible as we need to solve this ASAP. We have never been able to fully install GTM and it is valuable information for our business.
It is definitely related to Godaddy, so I think we are on the right track.
Will be waiting for news.
Thanks!

In reply to: Woocommerce Reactivate “Send to a different address” in checkoutHey @cebuss!
Think you might be on the right path. I inspected the page and look what I found out.
Take a look at this images and at the descriptions.
It is like the dimensions of the elements where wrong. But when I corrected them the fields are not visible yet.
Any clue?
Thanks!

In reply to: Woocommerce Reactivate “Send to a different address” in checkout@cebuss I might have touched CSS. But in the “Customize” section of the checkout page I am not finding it. Any other place where CSS might be kept hidden?
Thanks

In reply to: Woocommerce Reactivate “Send to a different address” in checkout@ianmisner Where should I look for those filters? On my functions.php file? Or where? Because I have looked all over my functions.php file and couldn’t find anything strange.
I may have modifieda the code somewhere else, maybe in the template form of the checkout?
Thanks for being in touch.

In reply to: Woocommerce Reactivate “Send to a different address” in checkoutHello Ian!!
No, I did not use that method, since I am checking it and it is now set in “By Default send to Client’s Billing Address”. The option you mention is not selected.
I might have used a plugin or a code snippet, but I have gone over all of my functions.php file and I couldn’t find a snippet related to that. Neither I could find any plugin related to that.
It is burning my head. Any other method or recommendation?
Thanks Ian
Yes, I am exactly using the Managed WordPress Hosting plan. Any way to solve it without going through them? As their support is really poor..
Thanks
Hello Renee!
Thanks for answering again. Hope we can solve this issue, I have faith!
I am using Godaddy as my hosting provider. Do you think they may be related to this issue? I have already talked to them and they suggested my to go with WordPress/Woocommerce support.
Here I send you the link of the screenshot of what you are asking. It says “uncaught syntaxerror: invalid or unexpected token” in the console. I don’t know the meaning. You can see there that there are products on the cart by taking a look at the cart widget.
Will be waiting for your answer! Thanks!
I have tried pausing all of the tags and the same error came up. When going to checkout with products on the cart, it says “The cart is empty”.
Clearly it is something related with the script and not with the tags itself. Maybe the theme I am using is in conflict with the script, maybe Woocommerce (but i don’t think this option is the most probable as Millions of sites around the world use Woocommerce and for sure more than one may be using GTM).
Any thoughts?
Thanks to you for answering on such short notice!
The URL of my site is: delixit.com
I have tried with many different methods to add the container code/scripts of GTM. None of them actually worked. I tried with different plugins, with Site Kit, just adding the GTM script by myself on the code of the theme. All of those methods caused the same error of the cart not working well.
I am actually going crazy haha, but will try to fix it. I will try with this option of trying to pause tags. I haven’t tried it yet.
If there is another alternative or something you find out when checking the site, I will be more than grateful to listen to it.
Thanks
