Hello zazikhan,
It seems that when you installed you updated your wordpress manually you affected the wp-config.php file which is the only file you’re not supposed to edit. I would recommend you to add the file to the directory and it should be fine. I hope you have a backup of the file.

I have 2 websites that I was not able to log into the back end. I followed all your steps and I solved the problem. Now the second website is giving me a hard time. I followed all your steps and I can’t get to the back end 🙁
The error I get is the following:
