I was trying this out tonight.
For the # you are looking for here, is this the # of the form you typically see when you click Get Form HTML? I had used that, but it isn’t pulling anything. Am I missing something?

That would definitely make things easier. In the short term, you might want to consider giving people a few more fields to use the custom HTML as a short term solution.
Saying that, the plug-in is very helpful, so I’m glad you guys are working on it.

Thanks Jon. For now, I modified your plug-in to allow four forms in the leads-shortcode section. I updated your hs_leads to pick one of those four forms based on different shortcode parameters.
Not a perfect solution, but is working so far.
Looking forward to seeing what you guys create to make this a bit easier.
