In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Plugin working in Chrome but not other browsersAn update: it seems there is something wrong with the plugin or its install. I thought I would try removing the captcha from the form to see if that might have been causing the problem:

[captchar captcha-264]</p>But I find I am unable to make any changes to my form. When I try to Save my changes to the form I get a 500 Internal Server Error. Yet I do not seem to be having any other problems on the back end of the site.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Plugin working in Chrome but not other browsersI cleared my browser caches in IE 11 (Windows) and Safari 6.1.6 (Mac), but this had no effect, I still get the same failure. It works fine only in Chrome (Mac), but not Chrome on Windows. Do you have any other suggestions?

In reply to: User's password works for us, but won't work for the userI forgot to add: I set up a dummy account and the user was able to log in to it. So our site/install isn’t being blocked for him, it’s something specific to his account.
