No solution. I only narrowed it down to it being a problem with the html code listed above. Somehow it blocked all pages from allowing forms to be typed in. I decided to go back and re-edit the logo instead to fit where U-deisgn wanted to put it. It would be nice to know what was wrong here.

Tried all of the above and gave up completely. I think it’s a bug in the mobile side of this design. I am looking into how to turn off mobile completely since it works fine in full site mode.
