Thank you for that Shahin, it worked like a charm. I appreciate you sending the link for creating a CPT template as well. I was hoping to resolve this without having to make a new template since I know one exists by default within Ocean Extra, but it’s good to have that link for future reference.

To help future people with this potential issue, I was able to find the culprit. If you’re hosting via Siteground and have the SG optimizer plugin installed, deactivating it should fix the issue. It appears to minify/optimize the JS/CSS files that causes the issues. The functionality you get from the SG optimizer plugin can be found in your Siteground dashboard’s site tools, so you aren’t missing much by not having the plugin installed. I’m closing this ticket, no response is needed by the theme developers. Thanks!
