I have updated the plugin to version 1.6.1 and this should solve the problem and remove the messages.

I have looked into the issue and I can not reproduce it.
But I think I know what is causing it…
For some reason, when you click the SAVE button on the settings page, it is not submitting the options that you have left unchecked. These notices are not actually causing a problem though, and the plugin should still function properly.Can you answer the following questions for me…
What version of WordPress are you using?
What version of the plugin are you using/
What operating system are you running?
What browser are you using?

Default Category Display to include Subcategories.You can find these settings on WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display page.

Can you give me some more details about the page where you are having the problem (a screenshot would be good)?
When you change the option on the settings page to 0=Very Weak, did you click SAVE CHANGES to save the setting?

Are you having issues?
Unfortunately, for this type of feature to work flawlessly, it would need to be incorporated directly into a payment gateway itself. Using a plugin to modify the behavior of another plugin does not always work as you want it to. This plugin is more of a workaround that is not always guaranteed to work. There are some paid plugins that would do this much better that should be looked at if these type of feature is very important.
I have no plans of adding any features or trying to improve the plugin beyond what it does now.

Unfortunately I do not plan any further functionality with this plugin as it is quite a complicated process to try and make work correctly as it relies on other PayPal plugins that are already being used to process payments.
The reality is that for this to work properly, it would need to be incorporated directly into an existing PayPal payment plugin. I am not interested in developing such a plugin as I do not have the time and the cost would be significant.

Is it a warning you are seeing in your error log?

Do they occur when you activate the plugin, or do they occur when somebody tries to create a new user?
Yes this is a browser issue and not related to the plugin at all.
