We are working on releasing a commercial version which supports ACL. This will do what you need it to do 🙂 Stay tuned.

We have been finding that some plugins and themes deregister jquery and then register it again in inappropriate ways (not in the suggesting way WP codex would like). If you see a jQuery related script error in the console then this is likely the issue. If so, look in your theme for a wp_deregister_script(‘jquery’). That code should fall inside of an action for admin_enqueue_scripts/wp_enqueue_scripts ( ideally, if it is a theme, just in wp_enqueue_scripts).

Include an example file that gets it’s file extension changed and any as much information about your hosting setup as possible. The space issue may be related to your file system. We may be able to detect that and adjust the names.
I’ll add a warning to the browser and settings page to inform people to turn WP_DEBUG off if they experience issues.
This should be fixed in 0.1.7

* original file name stash (downloads will still reflect displayed file names thou)
* more cleanup code for empty folders
