Although I understand you, let’s agree that we do not agree.
And yes, I would like to go ahead trying to find the issue with your help. Will start with disabling plugins one by one and revert back should I have any news.Hello,
Just to clarify this … I want to buy your plugin and not run with the free one, so I am not looking for support for the free version. However, I see no point in buying your pro version if it is not working on my sites.
Won’t it be in your own interest in identifying such issues to increase your sales?
Hope you are still willing to assist a bit more instead of sending me on a journey to find the issue 🙂Hello,
thanks for the fast response, that deserves 5-star rating 🙂
If you don’t mind than I would be very willing to assist you in finding what the issue is. Reason is that, after extensive evaluations of other plugins, I would still prefer to buy your plugin.
Would also be beneficial for you to see if there is anything you can fix on your side and/or to inform future buyers about conflicting plugins, if any.
I do have a playground on which I can provide you with a login and which we can use to identify the issue. Let me have your thoughts, please.Hi
having the same problem. Furthermore, the sections, e.g. “Yoast SEO”, in the Admin backend on the “New/Edit Ticket” pages cannot be collapsed anymore. Seems really a Javascript problem.Disabling other plugins is not really a solution since I need those plugins.
It’s a pity, since the plugin looked really like the one I need and intended to buy with the add-ons.
Hello,
all good. Thanks a lot for the change.
