I have never heard back from them from two weeks ago. My conclusion is that they are gone. I went to another program.
Now there web site appears to be down. Just get an error message saying there is an issue with it. That’s been going on for a week now. There email doesn’t acknowlege receipt of an email either. I think they are gone.
