Forgot to mention, for now I have just set a 777 permission on the /10 directory to get our Web Developer working again but this cannot be secure.

I went ahead and ran this:
sudo apt-get install libssh2-1-dev libssh2-php
sudo php5enmod ssh2
sudo service apache2 restart
After that SSH2 was available and worked great. Our Web Developer will be very happy 🙂

Are these the right commands to install SSH2 on Ubuntu 14.0.4?
