Open a support ticket? Isn’t that what this is for, to notify you of a support issue. It’s not a caching issues and multiple people have reported the issue.

This is easily duplicatable in Elementor and Beaver Builder. Pop that shortcode in and bam, layout is jacked up.
I had this same problem. First I will say, make sure you have a backup because everything will be majorly f’d up, mine is a complete disaster.
Anyway, if you disable LifterLMS and then enable it, you should be able to update.
Update at your own risk.
Unfortunately I think you are 100% spot on. This release is an utter disaster, nothing works right, nothing makes sense.
