My apologies on the late reply. It’s been a busy week, although I suppose that’s become the normal state as of late.
The plugin is designed to mimic whatever price is set by other plugins. I can’t say for sure that it will work out of the box with that combination, but it should. If you purchase and we can’t get it working the way you need then you’ll get a full refund.

Most likely it’s a theme issue or a caching issue. Can you close all tabs of your site and verify whether it’s still a problem? If it is, please post a link to your site so I can take a closer look.

With a bit of css work you should be able to get this taken care of. css commented out below is being displayed from your theme and causing problems. If you remove those and reduce some of the padding between elements you should be good to go. It’s showing for me. Sometimes you have to close the tabs of your site to clear the cache. Do that and take another look. 🙂
