Looks like the Gantry framework doesn’t use the standard WordPress menu functions which means it won’t work with our system. We could try to modify your theme to use the standard WordPress menu function, but we’d have to charge for that.

With later versions you no longer have to do that as you can select a menu from your list. Can you provide a link to your site?

We usually try to resolve these kinds of things as quickly as possible, but every once in awhile it takes longer than we’d like. I didn’t notice that it switched the menu items, but I guess it works! Let me know if you need any more help or if you’re looking for anymore great WooCommerce plugins.
