I’ve found the culprit. It’s metaslider.
I’ve changed the normal twenty eleven header to a metaslider and that’s what’s causing the issues. That’s why on the pages without the metaslider in the header, the menu works fine.Do you have any fixes that you could suggest?

Ive not changed it to a logo yet though
