I found out what the issue was. Our client was creating the units with multiple choice questions, however, do not yet know what those questions will be so she put in some blank questions. Coursepress then saw that when one question was selected as correct (the answer was blank) it went through all the other answers and saw they equaled the same as the ‘correct’ one and selected them also.
Once putting in unique answers it sorted itself out.
