I can also confirm I’m having this same issue mentioned above. It also looks like “/blank” is getting added to the end of Gravity Form form element’s action attribute URLs. For example, if the form action was “/some-page#gf_3”, it changes the action URL to “/some-page/blank#gf_3”.
When I deactivate this pop-up plugin, the issues go away.
