Thank you for your reply, that was the Solution I was trying to use but sadly there is a tool running outside of WordPress which leads to this solution not working. Thank you for your advice I will consider it!

Thank yo for your answer @aahulsebos , this could work, but is there a short cut that opens the cookie Pop up every time i click it?
