I embedded a new version of timely, unfortunately, you’ll have to change your calendar directly on timely’s page but the newer version looks better and is more of a “drop menu” system instead of inputting everything manually.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cannot view any other month on calendarso I had to log into time.ly directly to edit the new version of the calendar and almost everything was fine, some of the organizer info got pulled incorrectly but that was not too tough a fix for now.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cannot view any other month on calendaryes, mine was hosted by GoDaddy as well, good luck getting any help from them either they just kept pushing me off to WordPress and time.ly of course I am not the person on file for them as that person was a third-party web designer and no longer has a business.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cannot view any other month on calendarSo….After causing extreme stress and a huge headache, as I am not an IT person and even easy web design stuff is new and confusing to me, I got a fix. Had to update to Timely Journey. Everything works fine you just have to log in to time.ly to edit your calendar can no longer do it straight from WordPress. That being said while the new calendar looks nice and seems to work great from the time.ly site the customer service I received was sub-par. If I could have figured this out after two weeks I am sure computer literate people could have figured this out in a day or two and let everyone know. Will Keep using for now as I have no other option but will never suggest anyone else use your product unless they know their stuff.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cannot view any other month on calendarYes after two weeks with no update and dealing with their customer service email system my tenants are not happy either. We now have two calendars, one that looks nice and works from the outside but I can’t edit at all and the old calendar is still on the same page with the same problems of not being able to do repeat events or refresh automatically when you switch months. I am going to look into another app which may require tons of time I really don’t have to put everything back in the calendar.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cannot view any other month on calendarso I have tried the embedding process because this needs to get fixed for my tenants now. yeah, that calendar can go month to month but you click on an event and can’t edit it, I now have two calendars on my site which will be confusing to some of the public, and the tutorial was not helpful at all, luckily I am smart enough to try different opinions for the settings and got it the way I wanted. If this is not fixed by weeks end I will be forced to look for another calendar app, and will not be giving time.ly any good reviews as this has been the worst two weeks stress-wise since I took over this position. it is not me that needs the calander but people who rent the building I manage.

We have updated your account to the new Event Management Solution. The new version of the Timely Event Calendar Software (Timely Journey) is fully redesigned and updated with the latest technology and interface.however like I said I received this after the post on the forum about the devs looking into it, and with very little knowledge in this area I would rather someone who knows what there doing try before I go and mess things up by trying.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cannot view any other month on calendarpretty much the same stuff they have on their support site, make sure there are no pop conflicts, update to the newest version etc. I emailed them and got an email with temp log-in info telling me to imbed the newest version, However, I got that after I saw the message about the devs and was waiting to see if they could fix it first as I am not an IT person and even the 5-minute video leaves me with some questions.

No new events means no new revenue or business and I have people saying that due to this they may leave when their leases are up.
