Thanks for the reply. I was able to do complete the first two steps. When I tried adding the file as an exclusion, some dynamic search results would populate as I started typing but that file could not be found. I tried just adding the URL and had no luck. Maybe I’m misunderstanding what needs to be done but I could not complete the third step.
And it appears that I made an assumption about deactivating the plugin. When I click to deactivate, I get a message at the top of the screen that says that the plugin has been deactivated, which is what I must have seen the other day. Today, though, I get the message but the plugin doesn’t really activate. It’s still in the active list. Is there a permissions block preventing me from deactivating the plugin?
